Central University of Janam will recruit 20 candidates for the posts of Lower Division Clerk, Driver, Library Attendant, Upper Division Clerk, Statistical Assistant, Section Officer, Private Secretary, Personal Assistant, Assistant, Junior Engineer. Apply online by 29th April, 2023 by 4 PM.
Post wise Eligibility: (1) Lower Division Clerk, Group C : Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Typing speed should be 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi typing. Computer knowledge is a must. Age: Between 40 years. Vacancies: 8 (Gen: 3, ST: 1, ST: 1, OBC 1, Physically Handicapped Candidate 1, Financially Backward Candidate 1). Pay Scale: As per Pay Level II.
(2) Driver, Group C: Must pass Secondary or equivalent. Must have valid commercial driving license for driving light / medium / heavy vehicles and 5 years driving experience. Knowledge of motor mechanisms is a must. Age: Between 40 years. Vacancies: 2 (Unreserved). Pay Scale: As per Pay Level II.
(3) Library Attendant, Group C : Should have passed Higher Secondary or equivalent. Must have passed Certificate Course in Library Science. Must have 1 year working experience in any university / college / educational institution library. Must know computer. Age: Between 40 years. Vacancy: 1 (Physically Handicapped). Pay Scale: As per Pay Level 1.
(4) Upper Division Clerk, Group C : Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Typing speed should be 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi typing. Should have 2 years working experience as Lower Division Clerk in any Govt / Semi Govt / Self Govt. Computer knowledge is a must. Age: Between 40 years. Vacancy 1 (Unreserved). Pay Scale: As per Pay Level 4.
(5) Statistical Assistant, Group C: Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with Statistics subject or must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Statistics subject or must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with Statistics subject. Age: Between 35 years. Vacancy: 1 (Unreserved). Pay Scale: As per Pay Level 5.
(6) Section Officer, Group B: Graduate in any discipline. Should have 3 years working experience as Assistant in Level 6 pay or 8 years as UDC in Level 4 pay in a Government / Semi Government / Autonomous or reputed private organization (annual turnover Tk. 200 crores or more). Should be proficient in computer operation, noting and drafting. Age: Between 40 years. Vacancy: 1 (OBC). Pay Scale: As per Pay Level 7.
(7) Private Secretary, Group B : Graduate in any discipline. Must have writing speed of 120 words per minute in English Shorthand or 100 words per minute in Hindi Shorthand. Typing speed should be 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi typing. Should have 3 years work experience as Personal Assistant or 5 years as Stenographer in any Govt / Semi Govt / Self Govt. Computer knowledge is a must. Age: Between 40 years. Vacancy: 1 (Physically Handicapped).
Pay Scale: As per Pay Level 7. (8) Personal Assistant, Group B : Graduate in any discipline. Must have typing speed of 100 words per minute in English Shorthand or Hindi Shorthand. Typing speed should be 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi typing. Should have 2 years working experience as Stenographer in any Govt / Semi Govt / Autonomous or well known Private Organization (Annual Turnover Tk. 200 Crores or above). Computer knowledge is a must. Age: Between 40 years. Vacancies: 3 (Gen: 2, OBC 1). Pay Scale: As per Pay Level 6.
(9) Assistant, Group B : Graduate in any discipline. Should have 3 years working experience as UDC in Level 4 pay scale in any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous or reputed Private Organization (Annual Turnover Tk. 200 Crores or more). Computer knowledge is a must. Age: Between 35 years. Vacancy: 1 (Unreserved). Pay Scale: As per Pay Level 6.
(10) Junior Engineer (Civil), Group B : 1 year after passing BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or 3 years after passing Diploma in any Govt. ) must have work experience. Computer knowledge is a must. Age: Between 35 years. Vacancy: 1 (Unreserved). Pay Scale: As per Pay Level 6.

Application fee of Tk 1000 has to be submitted online. Scheduled Community and Physically Handicapped candidates do not have to pay any fee. Separate applications and fees are to be submitted for multiple posts. After filling and submitting the application as per the instructions, take a printout of 2 copies of the system generated application form.
Keep 1 copy for yourself.
